Way To Go, Aquilla!

Pat Morrison, ULC Library Supervisor, reports, "Mrs. Aquilla Stewart, Library Clerk at Brentwood Branch, received the ‘Get To Yes’ award for 'Providing good customer service.'  The award was sent to her by Chanika Kimbrough (GB).  Chanika has worked with Aquilla in the past, but most recently worked with her while subbing at the Brentwood Branch, at Graham Branch and during numerous telephone conversations.  Chanika was impressed by the level of professional and polite service Aquilla gives to customers and JPL staff members.  She is open, honest, and uses her knowledge of library policies and procedures to help her customers."
