CAL's ESL Instructor Now In South Korea

For nearly  a year, Lane Wright volunteered as an ESL instructor with the Center for Adult Learning (CAL). When a vacancy opened in the department, Lane began working as a part-time instructor at the Main Library.  He taught higher level classes as well as an introductory level group of women who spoke very little English. Lane put together fun, creative lessons that helped women from many different countries begin to understand and express themselves in English. In February, Lane followed his passion and accepted a full-time position in South Korea teaching English to second and third graders.  Lane is third from the left sitting among fellow teachers and new friends.
