Beaches Branch - Over the years I have been assisted often and with amazing skill by Katherine Daye. My children have benefited by her skills and experience; I am grateful for her presence at MY library.
Main Library - Reference/Periodicals - Mrs. Lilia Simonton went further than the normal call of duty and found some information and printed out what was necessary to complete a legal matter. Thank you.
Southeast Branch - I just want to let someone know, Ms. (Deborah) Wainwright is/was a wonderful help in tracking down a double charge of late fees. Ms. Deborah was very friendly, saw the error right away and apologized for an error she did not create. Please let her know we are very grateful for her helping us.
South Mandarin Branch - Ms. Nicole Veal was amazing today. She helped me get books for Read-a-Thon next week. She gave me several options and was very patient.
West Regional Branch - I use the conference rooms 11 times out of the year and the lady (Yuri Jewitt per Ms. Harris) who makes the schedule has always responded back in a timely manner if there were any problems or conflicts in scheduling.
