Pauline also added some of the helpful things Antoinette has done to help her excel, "When I was first promoted as a Library Assistant, it was Ms. Antoinette who introduce me to the fundamentals of the job. When I served on the R&R Committee for two years I would give her some of my drafts to read and edit for improvement and clarification. In addition, when I assumed responsibility for all the magazines at the Maxville Library she showed me the different procedures in processing y department children's magazines. This has helped me immensely with performing my job duties."
Antoinette commented, "I’d like to add that it warms my
heart to receive this from a co-worker. It lets me know that my work is
appreciated beyond our management!"
