Q5: Will there still be a catchup system for ordering materials?
A: Yes, there will be a system in place whereby branches will be able to order new and replacement materials.
Q6: What do you tell customers who come to the desk and say they found an item from another branch on the shelf?
A: You explain that we have a new system in place that allows materials returned from other branches to stay at the branch where they are returned. Also, explain this saves time from the item going back to the owning library.
