In Memory of Librarian Paul Votaw

We deeply regret the passing of Librarian Paul Votaw, April 25.  Today, May 1, we gather at his graveside service in Jacksonville National Cemetery to pay respect to a friend and fellow employee.  Paul's wife, Carolyn, was a longtime employee of JPL, too. She was Executive Secretary to two Deputy Directors, Sylvia Cornell and then Carolyn Williams, and retired in 2005.

Paul served his country well.  He retired from the U. S. Air Force in 1967. The Jacksonville Public Library had the benefit of almost 26 years of Paul Votaw's faithful service.  Paul loved the Lord, his wife, his friends and being a librarian.

We will miss you, dear Paul.
